Jason Veale
GIS Specialist

Mr. Veale has coordinated data transfer between the GPS Survey, GIS, CAD/Mapping and IMS using ArcInfo, AML and ArcSDE. Additionally, he has automated the processing of raster and vector files for a pipeline and telecommunications clients. At a former engineering group, Mr. Veale developed Geodatabase structures for a major telecommunications client, as well as, developed several websites for route planning and displaying survey status using ArcIMS.

Mr. Veale's primary office location is in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Veale has found that successful delivery of projects similar to the prospective tasks requires frequent communication between clients and the designer/developer. To be effective, Mr. Veale has successfully relied heavily on electronic communication (E-mail, FTP, Terminal Services, etc.) complemented by onsite meetings and telephone conferences.

Mr. Veale joined ALL Consulting as GIS Analyst, prior to joining ALL, Mr. Veale worked with an engineering firm. Mr. Veale's accomplishments include:

• Coordinated data transfer between the GPS Survey, GIS, CAD/Mapping and IMS using ArcInfo, AML and ArcSDE. Automated the processing of raster and vector files for pipeline and telecommunications clients. Developed Geodatabase structures for a major telecommunications client. • Researched and helped identify and develop new GIS data products. Was responsible for special project hardcopy mapping and creating map graphics for marketing, advertising and use on the Internet. Other job responsibilities included programming in MapBasic, data conversion, translation and training of other employees.
• Customized MapInfo for Production and Client Interfaces in 16 & 32 bit environments using MapBasic. Worked with a development team to troubleshoot and update programs within time and budget constraints.
• Used MapInfo to create GIS databases for petroleum market analysis. Created client deliverable hard and softcopy mapping, and special project thematic mapping.
