John McLearan

Mr. McLearan comes to ALL from a position of Chief Operating Officer of an Internet engineering firm that served clients such as Hasbro Toys, Cherokee Nation, and others with advanced e-commerce applications. Prior to that Mr. McLearan spent 12 years with United Video/TV Guide where he was Product Manger over the core team that created, managed, and directed TV Guide Online, as well as, other Internet and data-driven products for the cable TV industry.

Formally Mr. McLearan was responsible for daily operational management including sales, marketing, directing technical staff, and client services. Under his direction, Commercentric Suite of E-commerce software was developed.

Mr. McLearan is on staff at ALL as Engineer/System Developer/Project Manager. Since being with ALL Consulting Mr. McLearan has participated in the following projects as a developer, systems analyst, or project manager:

• Installation of oil and gas data system for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, including legacy data migration, customization of software, installation, and training.
• Data Evalution and Assessment of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's Oil and Gas Data and Systems covering data related to over 450,000 wells in Oklahoma.
• Authored the Kentucky Field Inspection Module application instructions for the Department of Mines and Minerals Division of Oil and Gas.
• Created several data driven dynamic web sites for private sector and government clients.
