Mr. Winter
is a highly diversified employee who earned
a Master of Science Degree in Biology from
Southwest Missouri State University with
an emphasis in ecology and herpetology.
Mr. Winter specializes in the performance
of wetland delineations, ecosystem restoration
feasibility studies, biological surveys,
and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
(ESA).
In addition, Mr. Winter has
supported federal and state funded projects
that have focused on design considerations,
applications and regulatory issues for impoundments
supplied with Coal Bed Methane (CBM) produced
water. Specifically, he has considerable
experience in the use of CBM produced water
for various beneficial uses that include,
wetlands, treatment, wildlife watering ponds,
fisheries and retention ponds. Mr. Winter
also has experience in the preparation of
CBM plans of development for operator and
regulatory use.
Mr. Winter's experience prior
to employment with ALL-LLC includes more
than seven years of project management skills
involving special waste inspection and remediation
design, Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal
design, environmental audits, and operation
and maintenance practices. During this time
he effectively represented agencies in the
governmental sector, as well as large national
businesses.
Mr. Winter has also worked with the Missouri
National Guard as a Natural History Biologist,
interned with the Department of the Interior
as a Biologist, and was employed with the
Alaska Department of Fish Game during the
Exxon oil spill.
