Epperly, Ph.D., P.E.
Environmental Engineer
Project Manager
Dr. Epperly
earned his Bachelors of Science in Agricultural
Engineering from Oklahoma State University
(OSU), Masters of Science in Agricultural
Engineering at OSU with an emphasis in Soil
and Water Engineering, and Doctorate in
Agricultural Engineering at OSU. Dr.
Epperly also performed research in the energy
conservation area while at OSU.
David worked for seven years
at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa
District where he managed several environmental
projects involving various investigative
and remediation projects in Louisiana, Arkansas,
Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. He was
involved with the low level and mixed radioactive
waste projects in the U.S. and Europe, various
potentially responsible party projects,
and was their innovative technology advocate.
Dr. Epperly has managed construction projects
totaling over $20 million.
Dr. Epperly's experience prior
to joining ALL-LLC includes two years of
experience with a large international consulting
firm where he served as a Project and Program
Manager and was responsible for contracts
exceeding $8 million.
Dr. Epperly has been involved
in a variety of computer systems and data
management projects, including the Risk
Based Data Management System, Environmental
Site Assessment Database, the Michigan Implementation
of RBDMS, Environmental Resources Program
Information Management System (ERPIMS),
as well as others. He has developed
custom software for personal digital assistants
(i.e., palm pilots and palm-sized PCs) and
internet data systems.
