Ohio DNR Administrator's
Manual: As part of the ODNR RBDMS development effort.
The GWPC project team was authorized to prepare a program Administrator's
Manual. The manual had a specific scope, but does provide a
good deal of information that would be useful to RBDMS system administrators.
This Administrator's Manual is specific to the ODNR custom version
of RBDMS, but does provide a good deal of information relevant to
the RBDMS program in general. All RBDMS system administrators
should review this document. If you would prefer to download
the ODNR RBDMS Administrator's Manual directly, we have compressed
the source document (MS Word97 format) into a standard zip format.

Kansas Corporation Commission
Procedures Manual: During the KCC RBDMS Development effort,
a technical procedural manual was developed. The manual
focused on a select number of workflow procedures (i.e., step-by-step
how to instructions for specific procedures). It also has some
information on getting started along with some very general RBDMS
information. RBDMS users should take the time to review this
manual. It will help users to understand how the system works
and the overall philosophy used for data handling. |

RBDMS User's Manual (Version
4.x): As part of the GWPC RBDMS development effort,
a generalized User's Manual was developed by representatives of ALL,
Digital Design Group, and VES. This manual represents the last
project geared toward development of an RBDMS User's Manual.
It is specific to the Access 2.0 version of RBDMS (RBDMS Version 4.0),
but does include a great deal of information about the project, the
program, descriptions of tables, etc. that are still applicable today.
This document was reviewed, prior to publication, by the initial four
test states involved in RBDMS (i.e., Alaska, Nebraska, Montana, and
Mississippi). |
