DOWS Regulatory Issues

We continue to work closely with state and federal regulators to devise permit and monitoring language appropriate for DOWS installations. We prepared the Nation's first DOWS-specific permit regulations and guidance for the state of Oklahoma. We also provided guidance to the US EPA's UIC Technical Working Group who devised the national DOWS guidance; this guidance forms the basis for DOWS regulation to all EPA jurisdictions and state UIC programs.
