Siting,
Design, Construction, and
Reclamation Guidebook for
CBNG Impoundments
This
project was funded by a United
States Department of Energy
(DOE) office of Fossil Energy
Grant under the National Energy
Technology Laboratory (NETL)
program. This study was conducted
by ALL Consulting (ALL), and
the Montana Board of Oil and
Gas Conservation (MBOGC).
The contractor's effort was
overseen by NETL's, National
Petroleum Technology Office
located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The National Petroleum Technology
Office project manager for
this effort was Mr. John Ford.
The Department also wishes
to extend its appreciation
to those companies operating
in the Powder River basins,
and staff of Bureau of Land
Management in Miles City and
Buffalo, and the Montana and
Wyoming State agencies that
provided the technical input
and assistance that enable
DOE to improve the scope and
quality of the analysis.
