Permitting

Obtaining permits from state and federal agencies can prove challenging in some situations. ALL is experienced with the various permits required for initiating exploration or development/production activities. We have worked with state oil & gas agencies nationwide as well as federal agencies. Our staff of Petroleum Engineers and Geologists are skilled at permitting both producing wells and injectors (all Classes). Our staff is capable of preparing NEPA documents required for operating on federal lands. Some of the services we provide include:
