Our team has acquired an extraordinary knowledge of the environmental laws and regulations that are currently facing federal agencies.

Demonstrated excellence in technology development and integration: ALL-LLC has shown demonstrated success in developing, evaluating, and deploying innovative environmental technologies from inception through full implementation. Many management systems developed by ALL-LLC staff are now used as critical aspects of many governmental programs.

A staff with tested and proven expertise: ALL-LLC was founded in 1999 by Dan Arthur, Bruce Langhus and Mark Layne. As a small business, we are proud to have grown to 12 professionals, including 3 Ph.D.'s, 4 professional engineers, 1 certified professional geologist, and 3 certified project managers. You can count on experience from a staff of seasoned professionals with an average experience level of 13 years. One fourth of our staff has prior experience with a federal agency, 2 managed state environmental programs, and 2 have served in a Program Management role with responsibilities for dozens of professionals and contract capacities up to $24 million. Our staff has more than 150 years of combined experience and more than 100 years of combined consulting experience with both large international firms as well as small custom-service firms.
