Consulting Services

ALL-LLC offers a broad variety of consulting services ranging from strategic planning to program audits and evaluations. Our staff has performed and provides consulting services to federal, state, and local government entities as well as industry and other private entities. Further, our staff has served in high-level management positions with federal and state governments, industry, and for large international consulting firms. Our staff has served in these positions both as employees and as part of full- or partial-privatization efforts.

As a professional services firm composed of registered and nationally recognized experts, ALL-LLC has gained experience assisting clients and employers with management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This has included, but is not limited to, assessing workflows and operations, determination of process improvement needs, strategic and business planning, as well as detailed audits and evaluations. We have assisted state government agencies in responding to and developing plans in response to program or agency audits and assisted with establishing performance measures as well as other indications of improved performance and goal achievement.

Consulting services offered by ALL-LLC which relate to management, organizational and business improvement issues include:

  • Program Audits, Evaluations and Workflow Analyses: Services related to audits, evaluations and assessments can be provided at various operational levels. ALL-LLC offers these services in relation to program operations, cost/benefit, quality assurance, safety, regulatory compliance, project performance and accuracy, and staffing. Our approach to these service offerings include workplanning, project definition, evaluation, and preparation and presentation of findings.
  • Collection, Analysis and Manipulation of Program Information: As registered professional engineers and scientists with advanced educations, our staff is experienced at data collection and analysis using a variety of approaches and methods, including various statistical analyses. Data related to program performance, operations, and related technical or statistical information is often relied upon for decision-making, but must be presented and often manipulated, translated, or converted/integrated with other data to allow managers to make informed decisions regarding various organizational or business improvement efforts. ALL-LLC is experienced in collection, analysis, manipulation, and interpretation of these tasks. Further, ALL-LLC is also prepared to take a lead project management role in these MOBIS areas.
  • Design/Development of Management Information Systems: Management information systems can be a significant aspect of governmental programs. ALL-LLC is experienced at providing such systems with a focus toward increasing the effectiveness, efficiency, and technical accuracy within an Agency or a specific program. The specific service offered in this area typically is customized based on actual needs or objectives. Some of the typical aspects of this service area includes performing a needs assessment and/or master plan, program and operations workflow analyses, definition of functional and implementation requirements, preparation of design specifications for development or solicitation purposes, custom application development or enhancement of existing systems, technical support and maintenance of the system(s), preparation of associated documentation, user training and certification, general implementation support, and performance analysis. Although ALL-LLC is skilled with custom software development, our services are not necessarily oriented toward that end. In many instances, our services maintain a focus toward program or project management of these efforts with an emphasis toward the processes used to assess needs, develop specifications, and prepare associated costs and anticipated benefits – all of which serve to support MOBIS.
  • Information Solutions Integration Services: ALL-LLC has assisted many government agencies and industry clients with system integration of data and geographic information systems. Our services embrace migrating from antiquated legacy data systems to systems that are more technologically advanced that allow access to a broader range of users that may need to be in an inter-governmental agency format. Legacy systems may not be accessible to a broad range of staff and may not have been optimized to a particular program’s goals. Migration can cause inefficiencies and inaccuracies. Further, failure to integrate all independent systems maintained by an agency may limit the capabilities of that organization.
  • Strategic, Business, and Action Planning: ALL-LLC staff has undertaken hundreds of projects that have involved various types of planning and offers that experience to our clients. Our services in these areas included developing action plans in response to program deficiencies, regulatory non-compliance, workplan development for projects and programs, strategic staff deployment, and various types of business planning. These plans often result in recommendations for process and productivity improvement based on ALL-LLC experience in these areas. In addition, we also offer assistance developing performance measures and indicators that can be used for short- and long-term program or project evaluation and assessment as well as conformance with strategic business plans.

Each of those listed relates directly to improvement of performance, program accuracy and quality, efficiency with respect to governmental organizations.
